How do I know if I have a lymph problem?

Posted on December 5, 2013 at 7:55 PM
Hi all,  Sorry that it's been a couple weeks since I've blogged, but it's going into the holiday season here!!  I've spent the last week of Thanksgiving feeling especially thankful for my family, friends, faith, home and good health!!  On that note, please do not overlook your health during this busy time of year - to keep yourself healthy means staying present for your loved ones and cherishing the special moments of the season. I intend to be including articles here to help you stay healthy during this busy time of year.
Along those lines, I have taken this excerpt in part from www.healthybeingllc.com:

How do I know I have a lymph problem?

"There are many physical signs of congestion in the Lymphatic System that can benefit significantly by improving Lymph circulation.
Some of these include:
  • Water Retention, particularly in ankles or fingers, indicating fluid congestion
  • General muscle aches and pains or a stiff neck, often as a result of sprains or whiplash
  • Cellulite and weight problems
  • Breast lumpiness
  • Post surgery tissue congestion, scar formation or stretch marks
  • Skin problems such as acne
  • Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Breathing problems, such as asthma or sinusitis
  • Stress, headaches and migraines
  • Immune system problems
  • Glaucoma
  • Breathing problems, such as asthma or sinusitis
  • Stress, headaches and migraines
  • Immune system problems
  • Sjogren's Syndrome
One of the great things about Electro-Lymphatic Therapy is that this form will achieve as much in one session as in 8-10 manual massage sessions.  It's extremely effective in treating a wide range of conditions."

Here at Spectrum Recovery we utilize the Lymph Drainage XP which is noble gas ionization at its best.  A typical session takes about 1 hr. 15 min for a full body session and about 45 min. for just a head and neck session. A head and neck session is great for helping to clear nasal and sinus congestion, alleviate a dry or sore throat, help to overcome tonsillitis, clear blocked ear(s), normalize severe dry eyes, assist with the symptoms of seasonal allergies and/or hayfever, and much, much more.  If you're planning on flying over the holidays and you or your loved one is struggling with a cold or nasal/sinus issues, a head and neck session would go a long way in preventing eardrums from rupturing on flight take off and/or arrival.  If you would like to discuss your lymphatic needs, please call for a free 15 min. consultation at (847)987-1554 and ask for Kathy.
